2515-10 - PSICÓLOGO CLÍNICO - Psicólogo acupunturista. É exigida a graduação em Psicologia e pós-graduação em Acupuntura.

OBSERVAÇÃO: Ao procurar serviços em Psicologia exiga a "carteira de identidade profissional" (Lei Federal nº 5766/71) do seu psicólogo. Esse procedimento torna-se fundamental, pois há inúmeras pessoas sem formação em Psicologia que procuram se passar por esse profissional.

Atribuições Profissionais do Psicólogo no Brasil

PSICOLOGIA - Normas Regulamentadoras:

• Lei nº 4.119, de 27 de agosto de 1962 - Dispõe sobre os cursos de formação em psicologia e regulamenta a profissão de psicólogo.
  
• Decreto-Lei nº 706, de 25 de julho de 1969 - Estende aos portadores de certificado de curso de pós-graduação em psicologia e psicologia educacional, o direito assegurado pelo art. 19 da Lei nº 4.119/62.
  
• Lei nº 5.766, de 20 de dezembro de 1971 - Cria o Conselho Federal e os Conselhos Regionais de Psicologia e dá outras providências.
  
• Decreto nº 79.822, de 17 de junho de 1977 - Regulamenta a Lei nº 5.766/71.
  

LEGISLAÇÃO

• RESOLUÇÃO CFP N° 005/2002 - Dispõe sobre a prática da Acupuntura pelo psicólogo. "Art.1o - Reconhecer o uso da Acupuntura como recurso complementar no trabalho do psicólogo, observados os padrões éticos da profissão e garantidos a segurança e o bem-estar da pessoa atendida; Art 2o - O psicólogo poderá recorrer à Acupuntura, dentro do seu campo de atuação, desde que possa comprovar formação em curso específico de acupuntura e capacitação adequada, de acordo com o disposto na alínea "a" do artigo 1o do Código de Ética Profissional do Psicólogo".

• História - A história da Acupuntura no Brasil. "Antes de 1500: registros comprovam que os índios brasileiros já praticavam técnicas assemelhadas à Acupuntura antes da chegada de Pedro Álvares Cabral, através da implantação de espinhos no corpo". "1972: Em sua resolução 467/72, o Conselho Federal de Medicina rejeita a Reflexologia e a Acupuntura como atividades médicas". "Agosto de 1995: O CFM (Conselho Federal de Medicina), com o intuito de bloquear a tramitação do PLC67/95 na Comissão de Assuntos Sociais do Senado, classificou a Acupuntura como especialidade médica. Daí em diante, os médicos corporativistas passam a divulgar que 'possuem o monopólio da Acupuntura e que os acupunturistas seriam presos por exercício ilegal de medicina'". "Mai/2002 - O CFP (Conselho Federal de Psicologia), através da resolução CFP N° 005/2002 reconhece o uso da Acupuntura como recurso complementar ao trabalho do psicólogo. O CFP é o oitavo conselho federal de saúde a reconhecer a Acupuntura como especialidade, o que só vem a ratificar a posição de destaque conquistada pela milenar terapia das agulhas no Brasil".
• CRBM - No site do Conselho Federal de Biomedicina temos que "a partir de 1995 iniciou-se uma grande pressão desarticuladora de toda e qualquer possibilidade de diálogo em nome de uma nova terapêutica eficaz , segura e economicamente viável para a Saúde do povo brasileiro, porque alguns médicos acupunturistas , passaram a requerer a total autonomia sobre a prática dessa terapêutica, movimentando freqüentemente a idéia da incompetência dos profissionais da área da Saúde e dos técnicos em Acupuntura, utilizando-se da mídia e de influências políticas no Congresso, e no próprio Conselho Federal de Medicina, denegrindo o desenvolvimento desses profissionais na Área da Saúde, desconsiderando completamente que a Área da Saúde no Brasil não é sinônimo de Medicina, ela deveria ser sinônimo de um trabalho multidisciplinar entre médicos, biomédicos, enfermeiros, fisioterapeutas, fonoaudiólogos, psicólogos, farmacêuticos, dentistas, etc..".
